TIANJIN, China
Fargo, Uzbekistan’s leading last-mile delivery and fulfillment platform, has signed a strategic investment and technology agreement with UBRAND – a leading logistics and e-commerce solutions innovator from China. The partnership was formalized during the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Digital Economy Forum in China and marks a significant step in the modernization of logistics infrastructure in Uzbekistan.
This agreement launches the first phase of a broader collaboration between UBRAND and Fargo. The initial investment will focus on expanding Fargo’s logistics capabilities, particularly through the rollout of 2,000 electric vehicles and smart urban delivery hubs, aimed at boosting last-mile capacity to up to 100,000 parcels per day within the next two years.
Michael Khoi, Co-founder and CEO, commented:
“This partnership will make Fargo the most advanced and scalable logistics platform in Uzbekistan. With streamlined warehousing, fulfilment, smart delivery infrastructure, and seamless integrations with major marketplaces, we are building a truly future-ready logistics ecosystem.”
Fargo’s Marketplace Hub is designed to:
Store products in a centralized fulfillment center
Synchronize inventory across leading e-commerce platforms in Uzbekistan including Uzum, Ozon, Wildberries, and Yandex Market
Deliver nationwide with a 99% next-day SLA via door delivery or a 2,000+ pick-up point network
Offer localized logistics services such as returns, payment on delivery, and operational financing
Lance Wan, Founder of UBRAND, added:
“Our goal is to co-develop smart logistics infrastructure that meets the demands of a rapidly growing e-commerce sector in Central Asia. Uzbekistan is a strategic logistics hub in the region, and this investment with Fargo reflects our commitment to scalable and efficient delivery solutions.”
This model reduces operational fragmentation and supports faster, tech-driven logistics development at national scale.
The UBRAND investment strengthens Fargo’s logistics leadership in Uzbekistan and contributes to the creation of a unified infrastructure capable of supporting the country’s fast-growing digital economy.
