Is it difficult to join the Fargo Marketplace HUB? What is the exact flow?No. The onboarding process is simple: Contact our team to begin registration and get seller access. Create and upload your product catalog in the Seller Portal — each item will be assigned a unique SKU. If identical products already exist on your marketplace, update their SKUs to match the new ones. If not — create new listings using the provided SKUs. Submit inbound goods to the fulfillment center through the Seller Portal. Once goods are received and visible in stock, inventory will sync with all connected marketplaces. When an order is received, the warehouse will pack it and send it to the marketplace's sorting center, pickup point, or directly to the customer's home. Stock levels automatically update across platforms when an order is created. Start selling on multiple marketplaces immediately

How often is stock reconciled or audited?Thanks to the WMS system, stock levels are updated in real time, and reconciliation can be done at any time. You can monitor inventory via their dashboard and request stock reports or physical checks whenever needed.

How do you handle fragile or oversized items?We offer special packaging and pricing for fragile and bulky items. Please make sure to specify the item type during onboarding so we can apply the appropriate handling procedures. We also use “Fragile” stickers to alert couriers and ensure extra care is taken during transportation and delivery.

How is inventory managed inside the FC?Fargo uses a modern Warehouse Management System (WMS) that automates all operations—from inbound receiving to outbound shipping. We apply bin-based storage, where each item is placed in a specific location with a unique barcode.

What kind of packaging do you use? Can I use branded packaging?Yes, branded Fargo packaging is included as part of the standard service. Small orders are packed in branded Fargo mailer bags. Large or bulky shipments are securely wrapped using stretch film.

Can I visit the Fargo Fulfillment Center before joining? Where is your FC located?Yes, you can request a visit to see how goods are stored, packed, and processed. The Fargo Fulfillment Center is located at: Tashkent, Sergeli district, Sugdiyona mahalla (local community area).

How are returns managed?In the DBS model, if a customer refuses the order during delivery, the logistics partner returns the item to the warehouse. Any post-delivery return is initiated by the customer through their marketplace account. In the FBS model, return orders are collected at the marketplace’s warehouse and later picked up by the logistics partner for return to the storage facility.

Who handles delivery — Fargo or the marketplaces?All orders processed through the Fargo HUB are delivered based on the selected model — FBS or DBS: FBS (Fulfillment by Seller): The goods are stored at Fargo’s warehouse, where they are sorted and packed. We then hand over the order to the marketplace's sorting center or a pickup point the seller collaborates with (e.g., Yandex Market, Ozon, WB, Uzum). At this stage, Fargo’s role ends — the final-mile delivery to the customer is handled by the marketplace itself. DBS (Delivery by Seller): Fargo stores, processes, packs, and delivers the order directly to the customer. The delivery method depends on the customer’s choice — it can be a pickup point, locker, or home delivery.

What happens if I run out of stock in the FC?You’ll get stock alerts. Replenishment can be arranged from your side or financed through ZOOD.

However, if the goods are collected within 90 days from the initial inbound date to the Fulfillment Center, we will charge the storage fee for the first 30 days.
